Norfolk School Leaders’ Conference 2026 – Exhibitor and Sponsorship Information
Please note: As our event date is provisional until July 2026, please do not book transport or accommodation until formal confirmation is provided.

Exhibitor Package:
- Exhibition space in conference venue, 1x 6ft table and 2x chairs
- Space for ONE metre wide pull up banner is included within the exhibition space. Unfortunately, as the space is limited, we will not be able to accommodate further banners.
- Access to a plug socket and Wi-Fi if needed
- Refreshments and lunch
- Promotion on conference booking page on website, conference programme, email, newsletter and tweets in advance
- List of delegate schools will be provided after the conference.
Price per stand £450+VAT
Sponsorship Package:
- Exhibition space in refreshment area, 1x 6ft table and 2x chairs
- Space for 3 metre wide pull up banners is included within the exhibition space. Unfortunately, as the space is limited, we will not be able to accommodate further banners.
- Space for one metre wide pull up banner for the main keynote space
- Access to a plug socket and Wi-Fi if needed
- Refreshments and lunch for 2 colleagues
- 10 minute speaking slot addressing all delegates, time slot TBC
- The opportunity to host a CPD based workshop for the delegates.
- Promotion prior to and after on conference: on all conference marking assets, targeted emails from the sponsor to delegates in advance, on all email communication to delegates regarding the conference, in a Norfolk School Leaders' Association monthly newsletter, a VNET Education CIC enewsletter and on any tweets in advance of the conference
- List of delegate schools will be provided after the conference.
Price £1000 +VAT
Norfolk School Leaders’ Association is the Headteachers’ Association for Norfolk primary and secondary schools. In a fragmented and often challenging landscape, they provide support, collaborative opportunities and a collective voice for school leaders in Norfolk.
Their purpose is:
- To identify and address the most poignant issues impacting on Norfolk’s leaders and their schools
- To improve the wellbeing of Norfolk leaders
- To encourage and support system generosity for the improvement of all Norfolk schools
- To act as Norfolk’s voice in the wider education landscape
- To work with and be a conduit of information to and from local and national organisations including the DfE, local MPs and the LA, furthering Norfolk causes on a national stage
- Facilitate and support effective induction for Headteachers.

Terms and Conditions
- Submitting a completed booking form constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and is a necessary pre-requisite for an application to exhibit/sponsor. The organiser reserves the right to refuse any application for exhibition space at its sole
discretion. - All available exhibition spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with
the exception of those reserved for sponsors, anyone with access needs or specific requirements. - Any booking is only valid after it is confirmed by the organiser. Confirmation will
normally be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the booking form. - Payment for the exhibition space must be received within 30 days of the invoice date
or prior to the event, whichever is sooner. PLEASE NOTE PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT. Failure to make payment by the stated
deadline may result in cancellation of the booking and reallocation of the exhibition space without further notice. Cancellation charges remain payable in accordance with the cancellation policy whether or not payment has already been made. - The Organiser assumes no liability for loss, damage or disappearance of any property used by the Exhibitor in connection with their participation in the event. The
Exhibitor agrees to assume risk of loss for its property or any other items relating to its participation in the event and agrees to waive any and all claims and hold the Organiser harmless from and against any loss of, damage to, or disappearance of such property or items. - The Exhibitor will be given arrival, set up and parking instructions and must adhere to all instructions provided by the organiser and venue. Exhibitors must arrive and complete set up within the times specified by the organiser. Failure to arrive within the allocated set up period may result in loss of the allocated exhibition space. The organiser cannot guarantee access for set up outside the published times.
- Exhibitor stands must adhere to the health and safety guidelines of the venue and fit within the allocated space. Please refer to the details shared in advance for guidance on what is acceptable and contact the organiser if any further clarification is required
or special arrangements are needed. The venue and organiser reserve the right to ask for stands to be amended to fit within the allocated space and adhere to health and safety regulations. The organiser reserves the right to require alterations to,
restrict, or remove any stand, display or activity that:
– exceeds the allocated exhibition space;
– does not comply with health and safety requirements;
– obstructs other exhibitors or event operations; or
– is considered inappropriate or detrimental to the event.
Failure to comply with organiser instructions may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund. The organiser’s decision regarding suitability and compliance of stands shall be final. - Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their stands and their own Public Liability
insurance, as well as cover for any stock and equipment. - Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that a regular power supply and/or internet connection is maintained, the organiser accepts no liability for power shortages and/or loss of internet connection during the event.
- Neither the organiser nor the venue will be able to receive or hold any materials in advance of the event; these must be brought on the day. At the end of the event, the exhibitor will remove any property used by them in connection with their participation in the event from the venue. The exhibitor will be liable for all storage, handling and disposal charges resulting from failure to do so. Any items left at the venue may be disposed of by the organiser or venue at the exhibitor’s expense.
- Exhibition spaces may not be shared, reassigned or sublet to any other organisation or individual without prior written agreement from the organiser.
- The organiser retains the right to make alterations to the event programme, venue and timings as necessary and without notice. The organiser shall not be liable for any delay, alteration or cancellation of the event caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue unavailability, industrial action, government restrictions, public health incidents, utility failure or transport disruption. In such circumstances, liability shall be limited to the refund of exhibitor fees paid. This does not include any additional expenditure such as travel, accommodation or other associated costs.
- Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made up to and including 31 days before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable and will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation charges remain payable whether or not payment has already been made, and the organiser reserves the right to pursue recovery of any outstanding balances.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary.
