The content and quality of the 'No Silver Bullet Course' (on raising standards) has been incredible, so relevant to the school and reminds us all of our core purpose. As Leaders, we can’t rate it highly enough and believe it will have a huge impact going forward.

Raising KS2 outcomes – a complex challenge
Raising KS2 outcomes in schools is a complex challenge. There is no silver bullet, no single solution to guarantee success. However, evidence shows that a combination of strong leadership, a positive school culture, and effective processes can create the right conditions for all children to thrive. This programme provides a practical, evidence-based framework to help you implement strategies that drive sustainable improvements in teaching, learning, and pupil achievement.

Learning Objectives
- To reflect on current leadership strengths and areas for development
- To reflect on current educational challenges and viewpoints related to our schools
- To understand purpose and vision and how they relate to motivation and outcomes
- To develop strategies to foster a culture of high expectations and achievement
- To integrate research from change and accountability models
- To use knowledge and strategy with the aim of raising attainment at KS2.
