Developing Leadership Presence – Communicating with Clarity and Confidence
This session will encourage headteachers to consider how communication shapes perception, morale, decision-making, and organisational culture within increasingly complex educational environments.
The 26/27 leadership series continues to develop leadership thinking in a changing world. Our Principal Consultant, Ruth McGlone, will be running this new series of online sessions across the three terms. Ruth will focus on strategic thinking that will impact on school performance and outcomes. As with sessions in previous years, participants will consider different models from research, current practice, and be helped with supportive documentation to help both new and experienced heads in their roles.
