Is the nature of leadership changing?
As educational priorities and societal expectations continue to shift, school leaders are navigating increasingly complex demands. This session will examine whether traditional models of leadership remain fit for purpose and explore the strategic, relational, and adaptive leadership approaches shaping contemporary headship.
The 26/27 leadership series continues to develop leadership thinking in a changing world. Our Principal Consultant, Ruth McGlone, will be running this new series of online sessions across the three terms. Ruth will focus on strategic thinking that will impact on school performance and outcomes. As with sessions in previous years, participants will consider different models from research, current practice, and be helped with supportive documentation to help both new and experienced heads in their roles.
