The 2025-2026 leadership series continues to develop leadership thinking in a changing world. Our Principal Consultant, Ruth McGlone, will be running a new series of online sessions across the three terms. Ruth will focus on strategic thinking that will impact on school performance and outcomes. As with sessions in previous years, participants will consider different models from research, current practice, and be helped with supportive documentation to help both new and experienced heads in their roles.
Time management
Time remains the one aspect that leaders say they don’t have enough of. It is also one thing that leaders can influence by being strategic with their time management. Using different time management techniques ensures that leaders can be as effective as possible with the time they have and this session will explore some of the more and less well-known strategies.
