The 2025-2026 leadership series continues to develop leadership thinking in a changing world. Our Principal Consultant, Ruth McGlone, will be running a new series of online sessions across the three terms. Ruth will focus on strategic thinking that will impact on school performance and outcomes. As with sessions in previous years, participants will consider different models from research, current practice, and be helped with supportive documentation to help both new and experienced heads in their roles.
Managing change
With a new Ofsted framework, a curriculum review and a writing framework due to be published in the summer, this academic year will see a plethora of changes that will need to be implemented carefully. This session will consider different models for managing change so that leaders can successfully plan for these in their settings.
