Please join us for our summer Executive Headteacher meeting where we have invited Helen Wardale to provide her expert overview on models of federated governance. This will be followed by an open forum, providing an opportunity for us to discuss governance challenges and share insights within a peer-led environment.

The network was originally set up and facilitated by NCC, VNET, NSLA and the Diocese; to provide the opportunity for executive leaders to come together, reflect on shared opportunities and challenges and benefit from the collective expertise of others.

Although a variety of speakers have been invited to the network, it is the opportunity to share ideas with colleagues and look beyond individual organisations to find collaborative solutions and access support that is seen as the most useful element of these sessions.

The network is open to all executive leaders across Norfolk and is free to access, please book a ticket below.
