At VNET, we understand the challenges schools face in raising standards and improving outcomes. That’s why we’ve created the Partners’ Programme, a collaborative initiative designed to provide tailored support, focused challenge, and proven strategies to help schools thrive.
What is the Partners’ Programme?
The Partners’ Programme pairs your school with a carefully selected VNET partner school, creating a collaborative relationship where schools can share expertise, solve problems together, and drive real improvement.
Our goal is to ensure you’re not tackling challenges alone. Instead, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders who understand your context and can offer fresh perspectives, practical solutions, and ongoing support to help your school achieve its full potential.
The programme is open to any VNET schools with outcomes at KS2 showing a combined RWM score of less than 50%.
What support will you receive?
VNET will partner you with a headteacher who will work alongside you and your staff to address specific barriers, these may include:
- Working with high levels of deprivation
- Working with high levels of SEND
- Implementing effective pupil progress meetings
- Designing results focussed systems
- Holding staff to account
Enhance your support with ‘No Silver Bullet‘
We recommend combining the Partners’ Programme with our No Silver Bullet School Improvement Programme – a focused, no-nonsense approach to professional development and school improvement. This programme is available at a reduced rate for Partners’ Programme participants and provides clear, actionable steps to help you drive meaningful change.
What Does It Cost?
We’ve made the Partners’ Programme as accessible as possible. Joining the Programme: No cost to join.
Optional Involvement of SLEs: Some additional costs may apply if Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) from your partner school are involved in supporting your staff.
The No Silver Bullet programme, offered at a discounted rate, is an excellent way to access high-quality CPD that aligns perfectly with your improvement goals.
