Creating an inclusive universal offer – Gary Aubin

This 4-part course will explore the research evidence in relation to high-quality teaching for pupils with SEND. It will look at practical examples of this research, as well as looking at how leaders might develop their staff to embed these approaches in their practice.

Curriculum in Action – Emma Adcock and Maria Curry

This training and development project will guide leaders through a strategic review of their curriculum and assessment systems, with a sharp focus on how these can ensure excellence and equity for every pupil.

Transforming Behaviour Project – Emma Shackleton

This project is designed to help Headteachers, senior leaders and SENCOs strengthen their staff’s ability to understand and respond to pupils’ behaviour and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Inclusive Attendance – Wayne Harris

Attendance remains one of the most significant challenges schools face nationwide, with data highlighting significant gaps, particularly among disadvantaged and SEND pupils. Wayne Harris (Inclusive Attendance) offers the sole accredited CPD programme in the UK. Collaborating with over 450 schools across primary, secondary, and AP/PRU settings, and having a significant impact on culture and outcomes - schools accessing the Inclusive Attendance model are surpassing national DFE data.
