This course will discuss those school improvement opportunities that as leaders you may want to implement in the second half of your Ofsted Cycle. Thorough prior and careful planning of these activities will give you and your school the best evidence and quality assurance to help drive your Ofsted inspection towards a successful outcome.

Participants will be supported with a toolkit which will help them plan for their next inspection.

The course is led by Ruth McGlone, ex headteacher who has led her school successfully through Inspections.
