Why WalkThrus
Teaching WalkThrus have curated the very best approaches that effective teachers use day-by-day. By subscribing to the service, your teachers will have access to a wealth of materials and resources which will develop consistent teaching practices across your school and embed effective practice into the routines of everyday classrooms.
The modular nature of Walkthrus enables leaders to create their own clusters of techniques for their teachers in a manner that is flexible and integrated. At the heart of WalkThrus is a collation of 150 teaching strategies rooted in the science of how children learn.
What
As part of your membership the VNET team will provide the support to get WalkThrus up and running in your school. This will consist of regular sessions throughout the academic year:
- October 1st: 1 day of training Headteacher and WalkThru lead
- November 8th: 1 day of training for WalkThru lead
- Half-termly online webinar sessions to support WalkThru leads.

This programme will provide an excellent CPD opportunity for a senior teacher or aspiring senior leader with a passion for classroom practice to self improve teaching and learning in school.

<200 pupils: £600 + VAT for a three year membership, payable at £200 per year
<500 pupils: £1100 + VAT, for a three year membership, payable at £367+VAT per year
<1000: at £1800 + VAT, for a three year membership, payable at £600+VAT per year
Subscriptions will be paid to WalkThrus directly. We have negotiated a great deal for schools, with no financial benefit to VNET!
