This online practical session will help you harness your 2025 KS2 outcomes and other key performance data into a clear, actionable School Improvement and Development Plan (SIDP) for 2025–26.
Designed to follow on from the Local Authority Data session, this hands-on workshop will guide senior leaders through a practical process: analysing early data, identifying key priorities, and setting draft improvement actions. Working directly with your school’s provisional results, you will leave the session with a strong foundation for your SIDP — ready for refinement once validated data is published in the autumn term.
Session focus:
- Analysing early 2025 outcomes: KS2, phonics, MTC and any available assessment data
- Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and urgent areas for development
- Structuring priorities clearly to feed into your School Improvement and Development Plan
- Setting achievable next steps for action and monitoring
- Preparing internal messaging for staff, governors, and stakeholders while working with provisional information.
What delegates will leave with:
- A completed headline analysis of their school’s early 2025 data
- A first draft of key improvement priorities for 2025–26
- Practical templates and frameworks to support school improvement planning
- Clear next steps for validating, refining, and finalising the SIDP once full data is released.
