Raising Standards in Key Stage 2 – Alumni Catch-Up Session with Norfolk Virtual School
This session will bring together schools from the past two No Silver Bullet cohorts, funded by the Norfolk Virtual School, for a shared catch-up and reflection. It’s an opportunity to step back from the day-to-day and reconnect with the core ideas of the programme, reflect on what has stuck, and consider what comes next.
During the meeting, we will:
- Revisit the key themes and messages from No Silver Bullet
- Share examples of collaboration, practice and thinking that have emerged since the programme
- Reflect on the most powerful takeaways for leaders and schools
- Identify clear, practical next steps to strengthen impact back in school.
The session is designed to be reflective, collegiate and forward-looking, creating space to learn from one another and sharpen the focus on what will make the biggest difference for pupils.
