With a new inspection framework due to come into effect from September, it is essential that schools ensure their self-evaluation processes are robust, strategic, and aligned with their improvement priorities. This half-day session focuses on supporting leaders to use self-evaluation as a powerful tool for driving continuous school improvement, rather than simply preparing for external scrutiny.
Through guided reflection, practical tools and structured activities, leaders will review their current strengths and areas for development, identify key strategic priorities, and begin drafting a coherent School Improvement Plan (SIP) firmly rooted in evidence. Participants will leave with a clear framework for maintaining purposeful, impactful school development — now and in readiness for future expectations.
