This is an opportunity to access further training and discussion around provisions using the engagement model to support and assess pupils currently accessing the engagement model.
The in-person session will include examples of moderation, assessment, and resources to aid the model. Attendees are encouraged to bring a piece of moderated assessment for a pupil to use in discussion groups, allowing us to compare approaches from different settings. Throughout this twilight session, we will focus on further embedding the Engagement Model into practice.
Training objectives
- To access further support and training around using the engagement model in both mainstream and SEND settings.
Learning outcomes
- Through further training on the engagement model delegates will have the opportunity to embed and compare practice
