Open to all VNET schools, with a focus on middle and senior leaders aspiring to headship and deputy headship.
When will it take place?
The Secondments will take place in w/c 22nd June 2026
How does it work?
- The VNET Secondment Programme establishes clear expectations, with distinct goals and responsibilities
- Secondees and host schools sign the VNET Secondment Programme Terms and Conditions, confirming terms and mutual commitments
- Clear professional development objectives are established for each placement with mentoring for secondees
- The programme ends with a brief, focused review and reflection post-secondment to ensure impact.
