Effective Confrontation Skills – Session 2

Effective Confrontation is a rare gift.
This two day, face-to-face course led by coach, Kim Frazer, will ensure all of your confrontations have the potential to be effective whilst having a positive impact on driving your school forward.
Feedback from this course consistently reflects a significant impact on leadership and the culture in delegates schools, but also noted is the impact that it has on them, both personally and professionally.
Audience:
Headteachers, and senior leaders and managers.
Objectives:
- To understand the nature of effective, non-aggressive interpersonal confrontation
- To be able to identify a range of issues and situations in your work place in which the skills of effective confrontation are likely to be required
- To develop and practise the use of appropriate confrontation strategies and skills in dealing with any current issues of concern.
Outcomes:
- Participants will leave the course with an enhanced set of skills and strategies to manage effective confrontation, impacting on improving and maintaining good relationships in the workplace, with the potential of preventing future difficulties escalating.
There are 12 places available. Delegates will need to commit to the full two-day course and complete a pre-course task which will be emailed two weeks beforehand.
